- MyOffice integrates world-class document creation and management capabilities with unique customer tools, workflows, and processes to create a seamless system that saves both time and money.
- Documents are created using a Forms Wizard that provides two-way communication and integration between the CRM and the transaction at hand. As information is entered into the Wizard, it automatically builds the document based on that information. It instinctively knows what information is required, gently reminding the user when additional inputs are required.
- Once a document is created and deemed complete, the MyOffice workflow engine automatically whisks it digitally to the next persons or departments required in the review and approval process. It even alerts the responsible person that the document has arrived and is ready for attention and processing. Automatic processing continues until the workflow is complete, ending when the document is archived.
